Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn Preview Video Plays Capture The Flag

343 Industries has sent out another short clip from Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn, the live-action series coming soon. In the clip, two cadets are reminiscing on their childhood.

The two cadets are enrolled at the Corbula Academy of Military Science. In order to get these students ready for UNSC service, the academy forces them to do a number of training exercises. As it turns out, these exercises aren't all that different from the childhood games they played just years ago. The stakes are certainly higher, though.

It's never not going to be creepy seeing these kids decked out in battle gear. It's the good kind of creepy, though. It's easy to feel sympathy for kids enlisted in an interstellar war machine at such a young age. Things don't get better for them as the miniseries progresses, either; 343 Industries previously revealed that the Covenant will attack in later episodes.

Forward Unto Dawn will debut through the YouTube channel Machinima Prime as well as Halo Waypoint. The first of five episodes will air on October 5th.
