Hitman: Absolution Launch Trailer Racks Up Kills

At the Golden Joystick Awards, Square Enix showed off a new trailer for Hitman: Absolution trailer. In addition to being an overall entertaining bit of video, it hints at the game's storyline.

Agent 47 is a world-class assassin with an unusual mission: protect a teenage girl named Victoria. For unknown reasons, she's being sought by Blake Dexter, an arms manufacturer. 47 will have to face off against Dexter and his cronies to keep Victoria safe. Meanwhile, he'll also have to keep the police off his back.

"How many lives will you take to save one?" asks the trailer. The answer will depend on your playstyle. You can perform the missions with subtlety and stealth, or...not.

Absolution won't be out until late November but reviews are already rolling in. The first two reviews have both been extremely positive.
