Zero Point Software has announced that they have taken to Kickstarter to finalize the promotion of their first-person shooter, Interstellar Marines. The game is a highly immersive indie project that takes players out into deep space where they will encounter all sorts of crazy creatures, including that infamous sharkdog.

The Kickstarter for Interstellar Marines is set at a moderate $600,000 and they have about 32 days to go before they hit their goal. You can check out a quick Kickstarter video of the game in action before you decide whether or not it's worth supporting.

Interstellar Marines has been in development for what seems like ages, but it's all coming to a head thanks to Unity and the team's ability to pump out short playable demos of the game, which you can experience for free...right now!

The game has been receiving a ton of praise for the Running Man mini-game, as well as the bulls-eye target range practice. You can get a feel for the game by visiting the Official Website and testing the playable demos out for yourself or you can contribute to the Kickstarter by visiting the Official Kickstarter Page.
