Madden NFL 10 Predicts Saints Victory In Super Bowl XLIVAuthor: Pete Haas

As part of their annual ritual, EA Sports simulated Super Bowl XLIV with Madden NFL 10. They predict that the upstart New Orlean Saints will beat the perennial contender Indianapolis Colts.
According to the simulation, it'll be a nail biter though. The final score was 35-31, with Drew Brees and David Thomas connecting for an 11-yard touchdown in the closing minutes. Due to his last-minute heroics and overall solid game, Brees ends up being the MVP of the game. Madden's actually been pretty accurate with its predictions in the past. They predicted five of the last six winners. For Super Bowl XLIII, the Madden simulation was within two points of the actual result. |
