Natural Selection 2 Exosuit Trailer Whips Out The Big Guns

The mixed hybrid FPS-strategy game, Natural Selection 2 has a nice bevy array of character classes and weapons, many of which are still being added to the game. Today, Unknown Worlds revealed the first look at the Exosuit mech for Natural Selection 2. The trailer starts off in a really cool way and it just keeps getting cooler per every dead alien carcass.

In some regards Natural Selection 2's multiplayer seems like how Aliens: Colonial Marines should be: a constant back and forth battle where the environment is used to the aliens' advantage but with the technological advancements going in favor of the marines.

The video for the Exosuit starts off with an in-engine cinematic but it quickly transitions into actual gameplay and showcasing how this stuff is used in real-time. Check it out below.



Natural Selection 2 has been on my radar for a bit and all the videos look absolutely amazing. For this to be an indie game it's exceptionally well polished. The graphics look slick, the gunplay looks satisfying and the strategy elements aren't overbearing or overwrought where you have to be a mega-Starcraft nerd in order to adequately help the team and get the job done.
