Nearly 25 Minutes Of Devil May Cry Lets You Decide If It Sucks Or Not

A lot of hardcore Devil May Cry fans feel as if Capcom and Ninja Theory's latest title isn't true enough to what Capcom originally established with the original Devil May Cry games. Well, some gamers are now coming around to the way of Ninja Theory after watching footage while others feel it helps to reinforce their vision of the reboot. With 25 minutes of off-screen footage available, you can decide for yourself if you like the direction of the reboot or not.

The footage comes courtesy of Rajman Gaming HD, who managed to nab nearly 25 minutes of gameplay footage in which we get to see some of Dante's special abilities, his weapons and a boss fight. Check it out for yourself and see if it's a game you'd like to eventually play.

I thought the fighting pace was pretty cool. You could really make out Dante's technique and skill that adds a nice sense of depth to the character and a believability to the atmosphere. In some regards, you might say that there's a sense of vulnerability to Dante that makes him feel real and that small sense of reality helps bring the game to life.

I do have to admit that the game looks pretty good and, again, the fact that you can make out the combat and the environment looks densely artistic.

Devil May Cry, the reboot, for better or for worse, is being released on January 15th, 2013 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. You can pre-order the game now by paying a visit to the Official Website.
