NFL Blitz Scores On PlayStation Plus Tomorrow

PlayStation Plus continues to evolve its “Instant Game Collection,” this month replacing the original Borderlands with the arcade gridiron action of PSN title, NFL Blitz.

The new Madden title is now available, but sometimes you want to have just a little more fun with your sports gaming. Managing a team, setting concession prices and completing all-too-realistic plays can be fun, but even the most serious of football fanatics can’t deny the draw of playing with big heads or as your favorite team’s actual mascot.

When the PlayStation Network updates tomorrow afternoon, PlayStation Plus subscribers will find they officially have access to the over-the-top zaniness of NFL Blitz to kick off their October gaming.



Along with being able to play arcade football as a team of zombies, Plus members will also receive a couple of deep discounts in tomorrow’s update. Alex Kidd in Miracle World will be marked down by 80 percent, making it just $1, while Spelunker HD will be dropped to half off ($5) while all of the game’s DLC will go for 80 percent off ($1).
