Pid Now Available For Xbox Live, PC

Might and Delight's spirited new platformer has officially launched for Xbox Live Arcade and PC. The artful title is a throwback to classic, challenging platformers that put players in a position to exercise wit, cunning and a little co-op perpetuity.

Pid sees players trapped in an unknown and wacky world that's as dangerous as it is beautiful, similar to Avatar but without all the tall, naked, blue cat people. Instead, the world of Pid is dark and intriguing and full of dangerous, strange looking freaks who have no discernible characteristics other than that being odd looking toys(?)

Pid harkens back to old-school platformers - Everything about Pid is fresh and exhilarating, but that doesn’t mean Might and Delight has forgotten its roots. Hair-trigger timing, complex platforming, and simple concepts such as holding jump for greater heights makes for a classic platforming experience.

Toss in some co-op, the hard mode that unlocks an entirely new way to play the game and one rocking soundtrack and you have yourself yet another classic indie title ready to find its place in the history books.
