THQ and Volition released a series of new in-game trailers for Red Faction Armageddon, featuring some of the most destructive weapons featured in a third person shooter. The trailers are each about a minute long and completely showcase the environmentally hazardous power behind each of the guns.

I have to say right now, the coolest trailer out of the following videos is easily the one with the plasma rifle…that gun simply rocks. It practically disintegrates everything in its path. It’s too bad we didn’t get to see it in action against real foes…better yet, I’d love to see how that thing works in multiplayer. Anyway, the other trailers include some robotic action from an operable mech, as well as a magnetic cannon which is similar to the grappling gun from Just Cause 2.
