Shadowrun Online Kickstarter Is Running Out Of Time

With a plot seemingly from a cyber-punk movie, Shadowrun Online only has seven days left until the Kickstarter ends, for better or for worse. The project is only halfway complete and the team is scrambling to secure funding any way they can, so they turn to a Reddit AMA to kick up a bit of a fuss.
The AMA is scheduled to take place August 8th 3 pm EST on reddit.com. Gamers, cyberpunk fans and MMO fanatics are all welcome to join in to ask questions and get informed about the not-quite-kickstarted project.
In addition to the AMA, two new developer diaries have been released to detail additional aspects of the game, including how different character classes can interact with the world in different ways. Check e'm out below.
The whole concept being able to bribe, sweet talk or hack your way around certain situations and out of various circumstances is a welcomed change to the typical “blast e'm all” mentality we've been given in most games. I nearly forgot that there was even such a thing as multiple choice in games outside of the dialogue options in Mass Effect.
The real highlight of Shadowrun Online is the atmosphere. I really dig the cyberpunk look and feel of the world, which seems to be lacking in today's games as well. Then again, we still have Shadowrun and Cyberpunk on the horizon, so it's not all bad.
You can learn more about Shadowrun Online by paying a visit to the game's Official Kickstarter Page. With seven days to go and only $250,000 in, they're definitely going to need a little help.
