Shaun White Snowboarding Wii Features Balance Board Integration

I’ve just realized something. The enormity of the Wii’s success is based upon blindsiding the general population with innovations that we should’ve seen coming. It’s our own fault really.

The latest chapter in our naivety is Shaun White Snowboarding. Nintendo’s version will feature the Balance Board and an exclusive storyline. Now those of us, namely me, who are afraid of losing an ear to frostbite can experience the pleasures of the snowboarding world without all of the bruising and soreness. Unless your Balance Board is on wheels.

You could say the Wii is getting in over its own head. I’d say only once Burton begins sponsoring my Balance Board. Luckily that’s not the case. Yet.
