Syndicate Weapon Trailer Unleashes The Spores

The weapon cache in Syndicate consists of 19 different weapons, many of which look familiar to what you've been using in most other FPS games. The trailer not only covers the standard-fare loadout, but also some of the super weapons in the game as well, which includes the spore launcher.

Personally, I've never liked Syndicate...as a concept it looked good on paper but even the original from the early 90s was poorly executed and riddled with bugs and glitches. The second game was even worse (if that was possible) and despite sporting four-player co-op, both Syndicate games felt like inadequate attempts at trying to goad players into a very well thoughout cyber-punk/noir universe.

Hopefully this FPS reincarnation doesn't veer too far away from the concepts of the original game, as those really were the highlights and selling points, but on the same token I'm definitely hoping they make sure thegameplay is fixed up nice and neat.
