If you're a fan of the very unique and original racing MMO, Tales Runner, there is some sad news: gPotato will be ceasing North American operations for the free-to-play racing game beginning December 21st.
Instead of simply closing the game out and calling it quits, gPotato wants loyal players to enjoy the same kind of experience in Tales Runner in one of their many other games, hence, they'll be providing gifts and other forms of compensation to help set players up with another one of their freee-to-play MMOs. Basically, if you've spent more than 2,000 gPotatoes in Tales Runner you'll be compensated with at least 500gPs toward your account, which can be used in any other gPotato game. The item shop for Tales Runner closed on November 29th and the game's servers will follow shortly thereafter beginning December 21st in North America. For further information on being compensated or a list of bonuses available for loyal players can be found over at the Official Website. |
