Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 Cover Athlete Open For Voting

EA will be letting players vote on the cover athlete for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13. The winning athlete will appear alongside Woods on the game.

Voting will occur through the game's Facebook page. You'll be able to vote from today until October 23rd. There will be different covers for Europe and North America. Here are the choices for Americans:

• Rickie Fowler
• Jim Furyk
• Dustin Johnson
• Zach Johnson
• Hunter Mahan
• Rocco Mediate
• Bubba Watson

European gamers will have the following golfers to choose from:

• Paul Casey
• Luke Donald
• Ross Fisher
• Graeme McDowell
• Rory McIlroy
• Edoardo Molinari
• Ian Poulter
• Justin Rose

While Woods is easily the most recognizable golfer in the world, the fact is that he's not playing too great. He just fell out of Top 50 in world rankings, the first time that's happened to him in a decade and a half. It seems like as good of a time as any to bring in another golfer to share the spotlight.

EA also announced a few details about the game itself today. The Xbox 360 version of Tiger Woods 13 will support Kinect's motion tracking and voice commands. A Collector's Edition of the game will ship with five additional courses, Augusta National's world-class Tournament Practice Facility and other extras.
