Weekly Recap May 16th: Portable Xbox, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Modern Warfare 2

Huge news week for the gaming industry starting on May 10th and ending on May 16th: Take-Two Interactive and 3D Realms have gotten into a nasty legal situation, the first gameplay footage of Modern Warfare 2 has been released and rumors have been flying high about Microsoft introducing a portable gaming device to the market.
