Wii Punch-Out!! Has Balance Board Support

As Apollo Creed taught Rocky Balboa in Rocky 3, proper footwork is an important part of boxing. With that in mind, Nintendo is including Balance Board support with Wii Punch-Out!!.

According to Nintendo's official Italian website (translated by IGN), you'll dodge your opponent's punches by shifting your weight on the balance board. While doing this, you'll be throwing punches of your own with the Wiimote and Nunchuk. Sounds pretty exhausting.

Nintendo previously revealed that you can play solely with your Wiimote tilted sideways, as though you were playing the original Punch-Out!! for NES. Punch-Out!! will be released for the Wii on May 18th in North America and May 22nd in Europe.
