Wii U Darksiders 2 Is Five Hours Longer

The Wii U version of Darksiders 2 isn't out yet unlike the PC/PS3/Xbox 360 versions. However, the longer wait is resulting in a bigger game. Vigil Games is including loads of additional content on the Wii U edition of the hack-and-slash game.

The box art claims that there's a whopping five hours of additional content in the Wii U Darksiders 2. That doesn't mean it's exclusive content, though. The Wii U edition will be packaged with the pre-order bonuses offered by retailers for the PS3/360/PC. It also includes the Argul's Tomb DLC that will be released in two weeks.

There are other reasons to recommend the Wii U version. For starters, it has unique features that make use of the GamePad's touchscreen. Furthermore, Vigil says that the game will look just as good as it does on other platforms.

Darksiders 2 is expected to arrive later this year on the Wii U. It's been available on other platforms since August.
