Shooting zombies in the face can be a lot of work. And after you put in a full day’s worth of said work, it’s nice to kick back, relax and enjoy a little hard-earned free time in a pimped out man-cave featuring all sorts of nifty games and gadgets to keep you busy. Welcome to the world of Zombie HQ, the latest free iOS game from publisher Fuse Powered and the development studio at Rebellion.
As one of the few remaining uninfected humans in a city ravaged by the undead apocalypse, your job is to suit up and take to the streets in order to save fellow humans, drop off supplies, mow down swarms of zombies and tackle massive bosses. Your performance in missions will earn you in-game funds and experience. You can use these resources to upgrade your stats, pick up new weapons, customize your character or spend some free time in your ever-expanding base of operations that can be outfitted with a pool table, arcade games, music and more. “The mix of RPG, shooter and building aspects of the game create a unique experience for players, and combined with the humor and extensive customization features, make Zombie HQ an amusing adventure,” said Fuse Powered CEO Jon Walsh. Zombie HQ offers loads of character, weapon and headquarters customization, as well as 18 missions spread across three maps with multiple difficulty levels. There are optional in-game purchases available, but the core game is free-to-play and available now on iPhone, iPad and the iPod touch. For additional details, head on over to the Zombie HQ iTunes page. Back to top
