ZombiU CTF Multiplayer Mode Featured In New Video

New video footage has surfaced for Ubisoft's ZombiU, the first-person zombie-survival game that has the gaming world abuzz with excitement. The video contains a look at the fast paced action between two players: one playing as a survivor who has to mow down hordes of zombies, and the other playing as the King of Zombies, using RTS style mechanics to capture flags.

Gametrailers managed to capture the footage of the CTF mode during the New York Comic-Con.

The concept of the modes, as revealed back in September, is pretty neat. While it's only two-player head-to-head modes, the fact one person controls the zombies and the other person simply has to survive them in a sort of game-show type setup is a really neat separation from the typical modes that come packed in a first-person shooter. I think this definitely adds a nice bit of depth and replayability to ZombiU outside of the standard single-player mode. I also like how Ubisoft is aiming to try something new and different with the game as opposed to playing it safe because “safe sells”.
