AC/DC is back with a fury and the thunder that made them one of the hardest rockin’, ass-kickin-est bands in the land! The SOB’s of rock are raring to go on tour to promote their nearly nine-year follow up to 2000’s Stiff Upper Lip. The albums is rumoured to be called Black Ice and, in a move that speaks to the high price of fame in the new millenium, will only be available in the US in—get this—Walmart.
The legends will be kicking off their tour in October, though the countries and venues are being kept on the hush for the time being. The tour will have itself an 18-month run, no doubt spanning the globe to remind people of what rock really sounds like. Little else is known besides that. In related news, the band recently give the go-ahead for the Rock Band franchise to sample one of their songs in the game.
The band is back on the scene and doin’ it big like no body else. Welcome back, Boys! Your absence has been verily felt and your presence in this world has no substitute. Bring in the noise and leave all the little whimpering bitches of emo fame curled in foetal positions until they get the hint!
