There’s no story here, morning glory. Those three Oasis songs you may have heard that supposedly leaked from the bands upcoming album later this year are “old” according to the bands spokesperson. “I Wanna Live in a Dream in my Record Machine,” “Nothing on me” and “Stop the Clocks” have been deemed nothing but a tease, and may or may not appear on the bands seventh studio effort.
NME has boasted its initial thoughts on the tunes, believed to be demos of the band’s new material. The songs began appearing on message boards yesterday with rabid fans quickly converting them into YouTube videos, which have quickly been taken down. Nevertheless, you can still grab a listen at the new songs, or old songs, whatever the hell they are, it’s Oasis you haven’t heard before.
