Cornell And Timbaland Make Music

I know my calculus. It says U + Me= Us. Also, that the product of “Black Hole Sun” and “Sexy Back” is The Wall. Trendy producer of the moment Timbaland has partnered with former Soundgarden front man Chris Cornell on his latest effort, which apparently draws influence from Pink Floyd’s masterpiece.

According to NME, the disc, entitled Scream, emphases flow with every track seamlessly sliding into the next, creating a cohesive mesh in which the entire CD sounds like one song. I wonder how his record company’s A&R people feel about that.

Scream, which Cornell recently said was “the best work” of his career, is due to hit stores on March 9th. I can’t wait. Until then, here's "Black Hole Sun"...
