The curtains will rise on November 1st and and the show will run until November 13th. The band will showcase the entire album, as well as some oldies but goodies such as “Rio” and “Hungry Like the Wolf,” according to Rolling Stone. As if a stint on Broadway wasn’t enough, Rolling Stone also reported that the Israeli Tourism Board has contacted the band asking to use their 1981 song “Tel Aviv” (a lesser-known instrumental track) in a 2008 tourism campaign. The British pop band, who worked with Justin Timberlake on “Falling Down,” the first single track off the new record, is excited to take over the Barrymore theater. Frontman Le Bon said, "We have made an album that we are all really proud of and we wanted to present it in a very unique way. Staging a run on Broadway is something that we've often talked about over the years, but the time has never seemed right until now."
