Elton Plays Radio City For Hillary

Nixing the overwhelming musical urge to support Barack Obama, Elton John has organized a fundraising benefit for former First Lady Hillary Clinton. The high-priced gig will take place on April 9th at Radio City Music Hall. Tickets start at one hundred and twenty-five dollars and max out at twenty-three hundred dollars.

I won’t be shelling out my hard-earned money to attend this shindig (I don’t live in New York, also Hillary is more unlikeable than Caligula), but if you’re interested, click on over to Hillary’s Official Website. Event passes go on sale tomorrow morning (March 19th) at 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. Especially eager contributors can also sign up to work as Event Planners, a lofty position which may or may not get volunteers into a special lunch-in with Elton John, provided they raise ten grand. Watch out, I suspect this may be some sort of pyramid scheme.
