James Blunt's 'Beautiful': Most Irritating Song Ever?

“You’re beautiful … You’re beautiful …You’re beautiful, it’s true,” sings James Blunt on the ridiculously popular ballad called, what else, “You’re Beautiful.” The song seemed to pop up on every radio station for a time, earning the singer millions of dollars and even some Grammy attention. But people are really, really sick of it. Dotmusic reports that “You’re Beautiful” has been voted the most irritating song of all time, according to market research company www.onepoll.com. Representative John Sewell had this to say about the biggest loser: “James Blunt isn’t the obvious choice, but any song that is at No. 1 for so long does start to get annoying."
