Indie rockers Kings Of Leon brought the house down during a gig earlier this week. Literally. The band was mid-performance when debris began slowly descending from the roof. The group continued amidst the concrete hailstorm, but club managers eventually forced them to stop after large pieces started hitting patrons. That’s Rock N Roll.
According to Music-News, none of the band members were seriously injured, but one remnant of the crumbling ceiling came within striking distance of the band’s guitar tech. The assistant escaped unharmed, only adding a badass tour survival story to his arsenal of pick-up lines. Too bad he didn’t get a small scar. “Hey, where did you get that scar?” “Oh, it’s no big deal. I was on tour with Kings of Leon in Ireland, and debris started reigning down on the stage. I carried all the band members to safety, but I got this little souvenir for my troubles.” “Let’s go back to your place.”
