Mariah Carey Is Bad At Science

Have you noticed these IQ Test advertisements popping everywhere lately? Let’s say you click on an article about my beloved Chicago Bears, those goddamn underachieving choke artists; well, sometimes an icon will appear that says something like, “The average Chicago Bears fan has an IQ of 110. What’s yours?” Well, this morning, I saw one which claimed noted dumbass Mariah Carey’s IQ was 126. My ass that bitch’s IQ is a straightjacket over eighty-five. Don’t take my word for it, though. Let’s talk to the scientific community.

According to BBC, Carey was taken to task by an organization called Sense About Science for her borderline retarded interpretation of Albert Einstein’s equation E=MC^2. The songstress claimed her album title of the same name stood for “Emancipation equals Mariah Carey times two”, which is, of course, hilarious considering there’s no multiplication of two anywhere in the equation but instead a squaring of C.

Mathematician David Leslie used the snafu to ridicule the dumb broad, saying “The correct reading of the equation is E=MCC, so perhaps Mariah’s reinterpretation should have been ’emancipation equals Mariah Carey Carey’?”

It’s important to note we’re not laughing with Mariah’s ignorance but rather at it.
