The followup to 2004’s smash hit How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb will be titled No Line On The Horizon according to several U2 fan sites, as well a report published at Spinner.com. The album was once again produced by U2 and longtime producer Daniel Lanois, who earlier this year told Spinner "We're gonna knock out another record that's promising to be a fantastically innovative collection of songs." According to the same report, the album will be released by Universal Music on Friday, November 14. Although there has been no official confirmation about this by either the band or its label, Universal has already registered a domain name and URL for the website www.nolineonthehorizon.com. A recent report in the Sunday Mirror also reveals several of the song titles for the album, including “For Your Love,” “Love is All We Have Left,” “One Bird,” “Moment of Surrender,” “If I Could Live My Life Again,” “The Cedars of Lebanon” and the title track. The fansite AtU2.com also reports that a video for the title track has been shot by director Anton Corbijn in the Spanish city of Cadiz. The same site reports that the first single could be a song called “Sexy Boots.” Presumably a tour behind the album would follow the release in short order. In July, Universal Music released remastered deluxe double CD versions of U2’s first three albums, Boy, October, and War. On September 29, Universal will release a similar remastered edition of U2’s live Under A Blood Red Sky CD as well as an expanded DVD version of the long out of print Live At Red Rocks, which was originally released in the VHS format.
