On one hand, I feel we should applaud Lil Wayne for his unique campaign promoting safe sex. On the other hand, the ad could only appeal to 16-year old thug wannabes who probably shouldn’t be out there spreading semen in the first place.

I guess this advertising endeavor is a way for Lil Wayne to make up for his own juvenile mishap by sponsoring condom knowledge, as he had a child during high school.
