It still feels like we're eons away from seeing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, or even from seeing some half-decent new publicity material for it. There are much bigger summer releases coming up for Warner Bros. in the meantime (Terminator: Salvation primary among them), so they'll be holding off on Harry for a bit. But in Japan, they got another new taste of the movie in the form of a trailer introduced, partly in Japanese, by Daniel Radcliffe.
It's really cute! He says Konichiwa! The footage is pretty much stuff we've seen before, although in the earlier sections some scenes are expanded, and Dumbledore gets a few more lines. The scene of him and Harry apparating looks amazing, and like a switch from what we've seen in earlier movies. And of course the rest of the movie still looks great-- can you really see footage from a new Harry Potter movie too many times? I don't think so.
Check out the trailer embedded below, complete with bombastic Japanese voiceover. Thanks to Collider for pointing it out.
