Ricky Gervais has moved on from being harassed by half-wit office works and accosted by sex-crazed Hollywood celebrities (I’m looking at you Patrick Stewart), to being bothered by annoying ghosts in Ghost Town. One of the ghosts looks a lot like Greg Kinnear, so perhaps this is really just a high-concept episode of Extras after all.
