Just one week after Election Day, Michael Moore is rumbling again, this time screaming sequel.
Fahrenheit 9/11 hit theatres this summer and became the highest grossing documentary...ever. Well, Moore spoke with Variety about his meetings with Miramax honcho Harvey Weinstein about making Fahrenheit 9/11˝. “We want to get cameras rolling now and have it ready in two-three years, we want to document and commercialize it," said Moore. "Fifty-one percent of the American people lacked information (in this election) and we want to educate and enlighten them. They weren't told the truth. We're communicators and it's up to us to start doing it now. The official mourning period is over today and there is a silver lining -- George W. Bush is prohibited by law from running again."
Currently Moore is hard at work on his Health Care doc Sicko, and tag teaming with Weinstein on trying to get his 2 hour anti-Bush commercial a Best Picture nod from the Academy. Fahrenheit 9/11 is currently on DVD and will soon debut on Pay-Per-View.
