On Friday Disney and Marvel sent out a press release announcing that on January 31st they would be holding an Avengers live-chat on Twitter where fans could ask stars Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg, Samuel L. Jackson and director Joss Whedon their biggest questions about the upcoming superhero team-up movie. With that announcement came news that the day also bring a preview of the trailer that would play during the Super Bowl. Well, if you check your calendars, today is January 31st and in addition to the fact that you can read the entire Twitter conversation HERE, we have the 10 second preview that you've been waiting for.

Check it out!

Because this is only a short preview, there isn't much to latch on to, but I do love the fact that there is so much new footage on display here and that the mood is so dramatic. A full blown Avengers movie is a dream that comic book fans have been had for decades and now it's finally coming. If they were advertising this as anything short of epic they would be doing the movie a disservice.

The full spot will air this Sunday (February 5th), and we will have it ready for you to view online the second it becomes available. In the meantime, if you wish to see more from The Avengers, including the theatrical trailer that was released last year, head on over to our Blend Film Database.
