If you’re like me, you don’t spend a lot of time watching movies on network TV. The commercials are unbearable, all the good parts are cut out, and it’s easy enough just to throw a DVD in or go rent that very same movie to watch it as it was meant to be watched. But watching a movie that has been edited for TV can be lots of fun, and Gawker.tv has pointed out why.

Swearing guidelines for swearing on national television have become pretty lax of late, but still certain things can’t be said, and that’s where this video comes in. The minute-and-a-half clip shows off some famous vulgarity laden movie lines and their edited-for-TV, counterparts and most of them are pretty hilarious. Some clips sound pretty natural, but others might as well have been dubbed over by a text-to-speech computer program.

It’s short and sweet and is a lot of fun to watch. Start your day off with something awesome by clicking the image below.
