Among the anticipated films set to premiere in the coming weeks is Drive, starring Ryan Gosling and Carey Mulligan. This latest clip doesn’t give much away but it’s definitely worth a look, especially if you’re a fan of the idea of seeing Gosling and Mulligan in an on-screen romance.

Drive follows a stunt-driver (Gosling) who moonlights as a getaway driver, and falls for Irene (Mulligan), a pretty neighbor with a troubled past. Action, drama and apparently kissing ensues.

Words can be overrated. In the case of this clip, which was posted by MTV, dialogue is unnecessary. Everything is said in the body language and in the kiss, which may actually top a certain upside-down Spiderman moment, if we’re ranking great hero kisses.



Elevator rides can be uncomfortable, but factor in a guy-with-a-gun scenario and the tension is going to run high. In this case, Driver doesn’t panic. Instead, he protects Irene, then takes a moment to enjoy a fantastic kiss. Nicely played.
