We’ve seen Anne Hathaway as Catwoman (photo here) in The Dark Knight Rises but what about her real life persona, Selina Kyle? Kyle is to Catwoman as Bruce Wayne is to Batman and, as you’d expect, the daytime version of the infamous cat burglar is very different from her leather-clad, goggle-wearing, night-time persona.

The following image of Hathaway on the TDKR set was first captured by Splash News and not only does she look different from her Catwoman persona, she looks pretty relaxed, like she's ready to hang out at the Saturday Market in Portland, OR.


Actually I wonder if this is her in costume at all, or if this is just Anne hanging out in her own clothes between takes? As a couple of people in our comments have pointed out, you can see fake snow under her feet and those clothes don't look well-suited to snow and cold. This may just be Anne being Anne, wandering off to read a book somewhere in her downtime.

It’s hard to make out what she’s reading, if any of you have an ID on the book she's carrying, let us know in the comments below. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it’s about butterflies.
