There’s been a rash of new posters for Hellboy II: The Golden Army in the past few weeks. I’m starting to think this movie is trying to accrue the most posters of any movie, because every time I think they’ve created all they possibly can, we get yet another poster. Character posters, international posters, Comic-con exclusives, you name it, they’ve done it.

Another poster showed up this week, courtesy of Empire Online who got a nice action shot poster of Hellboy and Liz photoshopped into a background of the Golden Army and Abe Sapien kind of standing there randomly. Okay, it’s not the world’s best poster. In fact, it’s possibly one of the weakest I’ve seen in recent memory. I like the look of Hellboy and Liz, but as a cohesive whole this is a mess.
