A New Avengers 2 Trailer Is Coming, Get The Details

It's hard to believe that two months ago the first trailer to The Avengers: Age Of Ultron was leaked to the masses. It feels like only yesterday we were all shocked and awed over how Ultron turned Pinocchio and one of its most famous songs into something much more sinister. While many other trailers have dropped in the space between then and now, Joss Whedon's latest tease into the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe still rattles in our heads to this day. So who's ready for the next round of clues and quotes hinting towards what's in store for Earth's mightiest heroes?

Coming Soon was the bearer of good news today, as they announced that January 12th is going to be the day that brings more hints to what The Avengers: Age Of Ultron will be all about. The exact venue for the trailer will be, naturally, the Disney owned network ESPN, as the trailer is set to debut during the evening's first College National Championship game. The trailer will drop at 8:30 PM EST, though it's entirely possible Disney could drop the trailer online on one of the days leading up to the event.

Considering the last time Disney tried to surprise everyone with a trailer to The Avengers: Age Of Ultron, it wound up being leaked by a rogue source much earlier than expected, it would probably be better if they surprised everyone the same way that the Jurassic World trailer managed to do the week of Thanksgiving. As to what we should expect to see in trailer number two, it's anyone's guess, really. Taking a stab in the dark, it's possible that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will have their first speaking parts unveiled. Maybe we'll get our first look at Paul Bettany as Vision. More importantly, we just might get to see more Hulkbuster action, because who can honestly say they're tired of that?

To ease your waiting for The Avengers: Age Of Ultron, and also because it's probably been playing through your mind as you read this article, here's that first trailer again for your viewing pleasure.

How can they seriously top that first trailer? What more could they be hiding that's going to put us all on our rears? Anyone who knows Marvel knows these are foolish questions to be asked, but nonetheless they must be approached, simply because it helps Marvel Studios realize that their game must constantly be on the rise. We'll see the fully assembled picture that is The Avengers: Age Of Ultron on May 1, 2015. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for that trailer!
