The British Independant Film Awards which celebrate, strangely enough, independant movies in the UK, were in London on Wednesday with Fernando Meirelles' The Constant Gardener sweeping the top awards.
Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz both picked up awards for their roles in the movie while the movie itself picked up the Best Picture award.
In other awards, Neil "Dog Soldiers" Marshall's sophomore picture The Decent picked up two awards, critically acclaimed German bio-drama Downfall picked up the Best Foreign Film award and Keira Knightley deservedly picked up the "Best Media Whore" award.
