We still don’t know much about the upcoming J.J. Abrams movie Super 8 except that involves aliens and it definitely has nothing to do with Cloverfield. The trailer seemed to indicate that it might be a smaller scale movie, a single alien infiltrating a town. But Shock Till You Drop has new set footage which makes Super 8 seem like it’s anything but small scale. Instead it seems like they’re shooting some sort of full on war movie.

The footage below was taken in West Virginia, in an area where STYD claims Brad Pitt is also rumored to have been spotted. Could he be in it? Nobody’s talking. In the meantime, here’s the best nineteen seconds of set footage you’ll see this week:
