If you're attending San Diego Comic Con later this week, you may have noticed that, for some reason, Disney has decided to forgo any presentations of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, their adaptation of the popular video game starring dreamy Jake Gyllenhaal and his abs. But even without that particular marketing bonanza looming, Disney is cranking up the gears for the Prince of Persia marketing. In the last week we've gotten the film's first official still, a series of teaser posters, and now, courtesy of Coming Soon, the first image of Sir Ben Kingsley as the film's villain.

Am I the only one who thinks maybe this means there will be something Persia related at Comic Con after all? You can check out the image of Kingsley below, which is impressive and dark and very different from the teaser posters, but still pretty much just a black and white photo of Ben Kingsley's head. I'll have my ear to the ground at Comic Con to find out if we actually do learn anything more about the movie, so keep checking back here-- you'll know when we do.
