Bill Hader Is Secretly Part Of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

You thought you had the full rundown on all the awesome celebrities who would be part of Scott PIlgrim vs. the World-- Michael Cera! Chris Evans! Jason Schwartzman! Ann from Arrested Development. But with not even two months left to go before the movie's release, director Edgar Wright has managed to pack in one more surprise. In a seemingly innocuous tweet, Wright revealed he was doing one last ADR session with confirmed cast members Schwartzman and Garth Jennings... plus Bill Hader?

Not only that, but in a follow-up tweet to HitFix's Drew McWeeny, Wright said you can actually hear Hader's voice in the trailer. He didn't specify which trailer, but my best guess is that Hader's voice is the one shouting "KO!" in near the end of the first trailer. Will he just be a disembodied voice announcing the movie as it if were Mortal Kombat? It seems unlikely we would have gone this long without knowing Hader was in the movie had he actually been on set. I wouldn't get excited for Scott Pilgrim specifically because of Bill Hader, but his voice might be an added Easter Egg to look out for.

Watch the first trailer below and listen hard.
