Bruce Willis is entering AA and getting stuck on step 4. Production Weekly says he’s set to star in Inventory as an undercover cop who must pretend to be an AA sponsor to catch a murderer. It’s not quite as glamorous a premise as say, going undercover as a White Chick, but at least this movie isn’t infested with Wayans.

Besides, Bruce is pretty good at doing the drunken cop thing. He was great in 16 Blocks. Why fake it? Make him a drunken lout, that sounds more fun.

The movie’s title is a reference to step 4 in infamous (and dubiously successful) Alcoholics Anonymous 12 step program. Step 4 involves making a moral inventory of yourself.
