Michael Bay doesn’t exactly have a thorough screening process when he’s casting his leading ladies. I mean, all Megan Fox had to do was wash one of his Ferrari’s and then she got the job, and we all know how that turned out in the long run. New eye-candy Rosie Huntington-Whiteley had to do even less, getting the job based on how well she wears underwear on a runway.

ComingSoon has gotten their hands on some pics of Bay’s latest possible cast-astrophe on the set of Transformers 3, and now we know that even if Rosie's acting turns out terrible, at least she’ll look good doing it. Judging by the way Shia is dressed, the pair seem to be on their way to some fancy-schmancy function, rounding out the experience by driving a Mercedes with gull wing doors.

I may have been a little harsh on Rosie. There’s still an outside chance that she’ll perform well and surprise all of us, I just don’t see it happening. Check out some of the pics below, and the rest over at ComingSoon.

TF3 drops next July and judging by the frequency at which we’re getting news from the production, expect it to compete with Scream 4 for most covered film of 2011.
