Enough is enough! Anyone else tired of seeing image after image of angry Anakin, perturbed Padme and armored R2? Episode III will be here in a couple of months and if Lucas is too stingy to offer forth a real trailer then it’s time to move on. How about a little chocolate to satisfy your movie preview sweet tooth?

MovieWeb has the latest images from the set of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. They consist mainly of Wonka’s guests standing around gawking but the sets behind them are…well…awfully familiar. From the looks of things (so far) Burton hasn’t strayed much from the concepts behind the original film (except for the squirrels…what’s with the squirrels?). The similarities beg the obvious question, why the heck is the film being remade, especially when the first movie, and Gene Wilder as Wonka, were so perfect?

But that kind of editorial commentary shall be saved for another day. For now enjoy the factory images, right down to the brilliant creepiness that is Depp’s Cheshire cat grin.
