Long time lurkers of our site may remember once upon a time I wrote a weekly column called DVD Diggers that focused on different aspects of DVD news. I also wrote a weekly column called DVD Blend that highlighted the releases of each week. Both of those columns disappeared over time because in the grand scheme of movie news they really didn’t fit in here. Well now they do.

We’ve added another extension of the site (Josh would call it an appendage) focused specifically on DVD News. No, it doesn’t get a clever moniker like TV Blend or Celebrity Stink, it’s just what it says it is: DVD News. In that section we’ll announce major DVD news like release dates, double dips, etc. The new section (accessible via a new button on the menu on the left) also features the return of the DVD Blend where we’ll give you our look at what’s worth purchasing each week.

TV, Celebrities, Music, and now DVD News. Soon our assimilation of all forms of media will be complete.
