We live in a cinematic age where most studios obsess over getting pg-13 ratings. Gotta push the limit as far as possible and still draw in that all-important teenage crowd. Who cares if the material is actually more suited for swearing, nudity, and bloody violence? Well, apparently,Terminator Salvation director McG doesn’t follow the crowd.

During a press conference at Comic Con, the Charlie’s Angels director spoke about his new action-packed project, telling the press, “'We're shooting the picture with the picture first at all times.” He went on to clarify by saying he‘s been given the studio‘s blessing to “make the picture, and if it's a Rated R picture, it's a Rated R picture, and that's that.” Damn right, McG. Lord knows I’ve not always been your biggest supporter (Fastlane), but I couldn’t be more on board here.
