Confessions Of A Shopaholic Trailer The first trailer for Confessions of a Shopaholic is here, and I have a question. Several questions actually. First, what’s this movie about again? It stars Isla Fisher as a woman with a shopping problem, I know that, but what it is really about? What’s the plot? What’s the story? Why is this interesting? I’ve watched the entire trailer twice now, and I have no idea.

Second, why is it that fashion obsessed women are such terrible dressers? Take Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City for instance. This is a woman who walks the streets of New York with a flower three times the size of her head, pinned to the shoulder of her dress. Yet she’s a fashion icon. I don’t claim to know much about fashion, I stick with Levi’s jeans and t-shirts whenever possible . Sometimes my wife forces me to watch What Not to Wear with her, and that’s really the extent of my knowledge. So maybe in addition to looking ridiculous, this stuff is cutting edge fashion, and that’s why I’ve never seen a single real woman wearing anything even remotely like it. I’m fairly certain Stacey and Clinton would not approve of the outfits, but maybe they’d still like the trailer. Here it is:
