Quentin Tarantino as a Sam Elliot-like Cowboy doing some sort of bizarre Italio-Texan accent. Samurai versus cowboys. Gigantic, hand-held gatling guns. Epic showdown music. It’s all in the new trailer for acclaimed Japanese director Takashi Mike’s Sukiyaki Western Django. It’s played all over the world, and now it’s coming to America. Watch it and be, if not amazed, totally weirded out:

Yeah i saw it a while too and i agree with the above, its very weird, too long, and awkward.
Also, dont expect to see much of the sword vs six-shooter duel. its only about 15 seconds long and at the very end of the movie.
Definitely a case where the trailer is better than the movie.
Yeah - I've seen it on DVD here in Japan. "Weird" is a good adjective. I found it tiresome and over-the-top in a bad way.
All the Japanese actors attempt to speak their dialog in English with very mixed results.
Quentin's part is amusing, but very small.
