Some people obsess over Kubrick films. Others will watch anything Brad Pitt makes. For me, it's Peter Dinklage. Alright, he's not exactly Tom Cruise, but he's America's finest actor under the height of 4 feet.

I'm such a Dinklage homer I'll even watch him in his next movie, Surviving Eden, a reality show spoof being released ten years after reality show spoofs passed their fashionable expiration date. Worse, the movie debuted at the South By Southwest film festival in 2004, and then was stored on a shelf somewhere without release until a little distributor named Cinephile finally picked it up and gave it a break.

Is the movie any good? Seems unlikely, though the one or two reviews I found for it were positive. But it's got Dinklage, and that makes it alright in my book. Anything he does is worth checking out, whether he's stuck starring opposite the great Will Ferrell, the slightly less great Vin Diesel, or the massively less great Cheri Oteri.

With the movie finally getting released on August 25th, we've been given a look at the first poster released for the film, along with a few photos of a topless former angry elf.
